An alumnus of VA State University, with over 20 years of experience within the social and human services industry, her education and experience exceeds Master's level skills and qualifications. Her belief that her purpose and destiny is " Service to Others". She is deeply committed to Community Empowerment through Economic Development and Family Self- Sufficiency.
